We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant for a parental leave cover starting in April 2026, lasting until autumn 2027, at our pleasant office in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for recruitment processes within our specialist areas and work broadly – from requirement profiles and advertising to interviews, tests, references, and candidate presentations. This is a role for you who enjoys working advisory and providing both candidates and clients with the best possible experience of the recruitment process.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage several projects simultaneously and ensure high delivery and quality throughout the recruitment chain. You will have daily contact with both candidates and clients and become an important ambassador for Jurek. If you enjoy networking, relationship building, and working closely with business, this is a role where you will thrive and develop.

You will work closely with our client managers, and together you will form a team where you are the recruitment expert and actively contribute to creating value for our clients.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment – either from an in-house function or from the recruitment and staffing industry. You have a relevant academic background and a good understanding of business.
